Roasted Asparagus


Effortless and a great side for almost anything!


2 bunches of Asparagus, trimmed and washed


2 bunches Asparagus, trimmed and washed
1-2 Tbsp Vegetable Spice Blend
Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spray lightly with olive oil.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer and spray with olive oil.
Sprinkle Vegetable Spice Blend evenly over asparagus.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
(adjust time - less for thinner asparagus, more for very thick asparagus)

Vegetable Spice Blend Recipe

1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp fresh ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric

Use on Sautéed or roasted vegetables.
