Super Simple Crockpot Roast

Only 4 ingredients - and your crockpot does all of the work!
Moist and full of flavor!
Summertime is a great time to make use of your crockpot.  Assemble the ingredients in the morning and forget about it while you spend the day at the pool or beach.  No need to turn on the oven and warm up the house.

3 1bs. Chuck Roast
1 bottle Chili Sauce
1 cup Beef Broth (Gluten Free)
3 Tbsp. dried minced Onion

Stir the Chili sauce, beef broth and onions together.
(hint: after pouring out the chili sauce, pour some of the beef broth into the bottle.  Swish around to get all of the sauce that sticks to the jar.)

Pour the mixture over the beef.
Cover and set your Crockpot on Low for 6 hours.
The roast should be very tender.  Break apart with two forks and serve over cheese grits with a side of roasted asparagus.  Be sure to spoon some of the sauce and juices over the top.
Serves 6-8.
