Secret Ingredient Juicy Grilled Chicken Breasts

The secret ingredient is pickle juice (Shhh!)  Marinating chicken in pickle juice helps to seal in the juices and makes the meat so flavorful.  So don't throw away the juice when your pickles are finished.  Any type of dill pickle juice will work.  I am careful to buy pickles that are free of artificial ingredients like dyes (yes - they do that - so check your labels).  Our favorite is Claussen Kosher Dill, found in the refrigerator section.

4 large Chicken Breasts
1 Jar (20 oz) Claussen Kosher Dill Pickle Juice
1 Gallon Ziplock Bag

Place chicken breast and pickle juice into the ziplock bag and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour - 6 hours or overnight is best.

Preheat Grill to 350-400 degrees F.
Cook for 14-16 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. is reached.

Wonderful sliced on a salad, served with your favorite sides or in a wrap or sandwich.  I also like to make a large batch to keep my freezer stocked.
