Sheet Pan Salmon with Lemony Green Beans

Simple, flavorful and fast!

Another easy sheet pan meal that is ready in just 20 minutes.  This is perfect on a busy night when you want a wholesome meal but are short on time.  The one pan clean up is another one of it's merits and it is elegant enough to serve to guests.
As you can gather from my many salmon recipes, I am always thinking of various ways to serve my favorite fish!
Salmon Filet (1 lb)
1 lb Green Beans, trimmed and washed
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Place the green beans in a covered dish with 2 Tbsp water.
Steam in the microwave for 4-5 minutes, until desired tenderness.
I promise this won't dirty another dish - you can simply rinse when the green beans are done!
Line a sheet pan with foil (for easy cleanup - see I've got your back!).
Spray with olive oil.
Place the salmon in the center of the pan and arrange the steamed green beans around it.
Spray the salmon and beans with a little more oil
and sprinkle everything with the Montreal Steak Seasoning Blend.
Top with the lemon slices.

Bake in the oven for just 15 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon over the fish and beans.
Will serve 4.
