Cornbread/Muffin & Sugar Cookie Mix

Krusteaz GF Honey CornBread Mix

My family is crazy for this cornbread. They even prefer it to my homemade - which is actually okay with me.  It is easy to mix and bake.  I usually make it in an 8x8" pan.  It is moist and sweet and goes great with chili, soup or any Tex-Mex dish.  Corn muffins are great for breakfast too!

Immaculate GF Sugar Cookie Mix

My boys love sugar cookies.  I love this mix because it is quick and easy and in no time we can enjoy  warm, just from the oven cookies!  There are some good chocolate chip mixes out there too - but because we avoid soy, most of those won't work.  You can add your favorite mix-ins , like nuts or chocolate chips, but they are so good on their own!

Gluten Free Pastas

Barilla GF Pastas

Finally - pasta that has the taste and texture of traditional wheat pasta!
We have tried so many different pastas over the years and now that I have found Barilla, I will never go back!
Check out the following posts for pasta recipes:

More and more I am finding GF Barilla pasta in most grocery stores.  I only wish that they would expand their line to include more varieties.  Especially GF Lasagne noodles.  Fortunately, I have found a good one of those too (see below).

Heartland GF Oven Ready Lasagna

I was ordering some of our favorite GF products from Walmart and discovered this oven ready lasagne.  I have had trouble finding a good one and am happy to say that this one fit the bill.  I love that you don't need to boil it ahead of time - a real time saver and one less pot to wash!
By the way - Walmart has lots of great GF products on line - things that I have not found in the local stores.  If you order over $50, the shipping is free.  So I love to stock up and keep the pantry full.
Try my Lazy Lasagne!

Delallo GF Orzo

This orzo, made in Italy is great used in pasta salads and I love to add it to soups.  It is another Walmart find that I like to keep in the pantry.

Trader Joe's Gluten Free Rolled Oats

These oats are a pantry staple in our house.  There is no difference in these oats compared to traditional rolled oats, other than being grown and transported in a manner that insures there is no cross-contamination with other grains that contain gluten.
I prefer these over the other brands on the market because they are very good quality and are the lowest price I have found.

Found only at Trader Joe's.
